QuestionShip is like a flight simulator for executives and managers. It's challenging because your job is challenging. It is vibrant and fun because so are you when you have the chance. QuestionShip is hands-on, strategic, and in-person only.
This is a different kind of training event. There will be no slide presentations, no talking-head panels, and no single framework for answering the questions the scenario raises. We trust that participants already have a sense of their own personality and leadership styles.
With peers at your side, you will contend with intricate scenarios at different levels of action and urgency. All are set in the same messy, difficult, ambiguous, richly imagined world. You’ll encounter problems and themes that underlie the toughest parts of your job. Together, you’ll grapple with an organization’s complicated past, make decisions in its disrupted present, and open paths into its uncertain future.
Join us in the Mother Earth Room of the Native Women’s Association of Canada building on March 19, 2025, from 9 am to 4 pm. Refreshments and lunch are included. Paid parking is available close by. The location is accessible to public transportation from either side of the Kitchi Zibi/Ottawa River.
